Allow for basic scheduled runs

Almost every Terraform/Ansible platform whether paid or OSS, allows for basic scheduled runs to take place whether that is for Terraform or Ansible. In Spacelift ALL scheduled runs whether it is a basic once a week run or more advanced runs dealing with Drift detection, deletion or tasks requires Private workers. This seems to be a short-sighted viewpoint considering almost all competitors all for it and it would be great to be able to have basic scheduled runs, especially for config management such as Ansible.
