Default search results make no sense

Our organization has a couple hundred Spacelift stacks, which makes the ability to search for them critically important. I tried to search for a stack by name, and neither a substring nor prefix matched. Instead, a bunch of unrelated stacks that had nothing to do with my search query flooded the entire first page of results.
