Erroneous Logs Expired Message

Recently, whenever I do a run in the browser, the first thing that appears in the logs for each step (Initializing, Planning, etc.) is the following.

These logs have expired. Our standard retention period is 60 days.

After a few seconds, the actual logs start tailing in. The message about logs having expired is rather misleading when the logs are just pending.
