Sync Button disappears

Sync Button disappears when the stack is up to date but manual trigger does not run on the latest commit.

We ignore every run and trigger manually. For the manual trigger to work on the most up to date commit we need to hit the sync button. So we need either the manual trigger to run on the most up to date commit without having to hit “sync” or the sync button should just always be visible.
