Changing the default Stack push behavior

Until now, the default behavior for Stacks that didn't have a Push Policy attached was to not take the project root into account. This is not what Stack creators usually want, so we've changed the default behavior to ignore changes outside of the project root.

If you'd like your stacks to use the old behavior, please use the following Push Policy:

package spacelift

track {  
 input.push.branch = input.stack.branch
}

propose { true }
