Update of Spacelift’s Terms and Conditions for Trial, Free and Cloud Plans

We are writing to let you know that we have updated our Terms and Conditions, which apply to your use of Spacelift under Trial, Free and Cloud Plans. Below is a summary of the key changes that we have made:
made out Terms and Conditions easier to understand,
providing more clarity about our plans, billing options and product use, provided information about cases when our Terms and Conditions do not apply,
changed the governing law to the laws of the State of Delaware or to laws of Poland (only for customers residing in the UE or the EEA),
added information about rights available to customers in certain jurisdictions outside the United States.
The pricing and Trial, Free and Cloud tiers capacities have not been changed.
