Provider registry goes GA on February 1st

This is just a note that the Terraform/OpenTofu provider registry is now considered stable and will be dropping the beta label as of February 1st. As mentioned in the beta release note, this is an Enterprise feature, so Cloud and Free customers will not be able to publish new provider versions after February 1st. Versions published before that date will continue to work indefinitely.

If, as a Cloud or Free customer, you are looking for an alternative private provider registry, we can recommend two projects: boring-registry and Terrareg.

Note that this change only applies to the provider registry. The module registry will remain free to use.
