"Pull request review" event now required for GitHub

As part of adding new functionality to allow you to take approval and mergeability information into account in push policies, we need to receive the "Pull request review" event from GitHub.

If you are using our managed GitHub App you don't need to take any action. If you are using a custom GitHub App you will need to add this new event yourself. Any new custom GitHub Apps created using our wizard will automatically ask for the new event.

Don't worry - push/pull request processing will continue to work correctly, even without the new event. It just means you won't be able to make decisions in push policies based on the approval status of PRs until the event is added.
