Ability for stacks to check ServiceNow for an approved change before deployment

As we’re deploying this to our users, we’ve come across a use case where it would be really helpful if we could restrict certain stacks (production) via labels to require input of a change request, that Spacelift can check against ServiceNow (or any other compatible change management tool) to make sure the change is approved and allowed to move forward, before the stack applies.
