Ability to Enforce Certain Labels Exist on Spacelift Resources

We’d like the ability to enforce certain labels exist on all Stacks, Contexts, etc. This especially helps when it comes to auto-attaching things like Policies.

Workaround
Blueprints can help enforce certain tags at creation and we can create Policies than consume Plan (or similar) events to check for labels at stack run time, but it would be nice to enforce this at resource creation/update time.
