Ability to see list of env vars / labels a stack had during a specific run.

It would be good to have an option to list all the environment variables and labels ect that was used on the run at the time.

Workaround

Problem
For example, if I want to know if a run that had issues had a label like feature:enable_git_checkout at the time it was run, I have no way to see this currently.
