Add a "cancel all pending runs" button

Sometimes a stack has 10+ pending runs. Usually an old tracked run was never approved/confirmed.

I want to cancel all these pending/unconfirmed/unapproved runs except the most recent. Doing this manually is annoying, I want a button!
