Add ability to automatically attach contexts to stacks in owning or inherited spaces

Yes, using autoattach labels, which is something of a hack
Problem
It feels like Spacelift still fails to fully leverage the potential benefits that spaces could provide. More specifically, now that Spacelift has spaces for managing / partitioning stacks and contexts, it would be nice if a context could be configured such that it was automatically attached to all stacks in the space that owns the context as well as any stacks that are in contexts that are in child spaces that have inheritance enabled.
