Add an "Others" view in the stacks state

In the dashboard we have the “Stacks state” that shows:
- Failed
- Unconfirmed
- Finished

This is very useful but it does not show the full overview of the stacks states. I think it’d be very beneficial to have an extra box with “Others” state. This way, we’d have a full quick link and data to all the stacks we manage.
