Add CIDRs to the spacelift provider IPs output

For the convenience of creating security group rules, adding a new output for “cidrs” would allow us to directly input the output of this data source into a security group rule

The
spacelift_ipsdata source has acidrsattribute that returns each address in /32 notation, so it drops straight into a security group rule withcidr_blocks = data.spacelift_ips.ips.cidrsand noformatlistneeded.
