Add links to the `Context` section of the stack page

The context section of each stack is great, shows what contexts are applied. Whats not great is it process required to edit them.

If i want to edit once of these context, the process is
- jump to the context tab of my stack
- get the name of the context
- jump to the list of contexts in spacelift
- search for the name from previous
- finally get to edit the context

If we add links to each of the contexts on the stack page, it skips the search portion and lets me jump to editing directly.
