Add option to list stack-managed resources as a list/table

The current view is pretty, but its hard to use when you would like to get and overview of deployed resources. A table that can be filtered and sorted would be very useful.

You have a list-view in Terraform Cloud, though its a hassle to use, at least you can get somewhat of an overview. The key aspect is ability to filter, sort and search in the resources.
