Add option to run scheduled run immediately

I would love to have arun now button in Scheduling section of stack. In our case, we always have Drift Detection and, for some stacks, scheduled runs with custom config (e.g. not to run entire Ansible playbook, but only a part of it, like tasks responsible only for certificate rotation).

Sometimes it is useful to run such scheduled run ad hoc - and right now we have to manually edit schedule
