Add support for rich formatting (e.g., clickable hyperlinks, bold text, and basic layout options) in Notification Inbox messages.

Messages posted to the Notification Inbox are rendered as plain text only, even when they contain valid URLs or structured data. For example, links such as https://example.com are not hyperlinked, and JSON blobs are displayed without indentation or syntax highlighting. This makes it harder to quickly interpret or act on notifications directly from the inbox.
