Aggregated Checks should print all Stack statuses

Enabling aggregated checks for Github PRs should allow viewing the status of every stack on the status check page, not just the top 3 in progress, failed, and successful.

    @Justin Edwards We increased the number of stacks/modules/runs per section to ten. Please let me know if that’s enough for you :)
