Aggregated checks - Show all

Show all runs in github. Currently, it’s limited to just 3 runs out of however many there are. When there were individual checks, it showed everything. On top of that, the link to the details in the Spacelift UI does not take you to the plans for the stacks, just a list of stacks with no links.
