Allow filter out state from the view

Today when viewing stacks you can click on the “…” and add the state to the filter.

It would be helpful to be able to have an exclude option for easier filter out un-needed options

    Thanks for taking the time to share this! It’s not uncommon to use negative filters when searching, I do it all the time in Datadog for example. So I can see how that can be useful.

    I’m opening this up to community voting to gage the priority of this request vs. other things we could be working on.
