Spacelift's Audit Trail documentation states that Spacelift supports auditing all operations that change Spacelift resources and offers a webhook for third-party retention. Our webhook is enabled with run events and retry on failure. It successfully delivers signed payloads to our HMAC-validated AWS receiver, including the initial `audit_trail_webhook.set` event and continuous run-state events.
