Better AI Review for Terraform/OpenTofu

👋 Hi team, I was excited to see you have a new AI plan review assistant. We really want an AI that not only summarizes the plans but also helps people review the plans. Some suggestions, it’d be nice if…:

1. We could provide some context & instructions to the AI (e.g., via a .spacelift/ai-rules.yml file).

2. It could read the code changes in the PR and verify if the plan matches the changes.

3. It could compare all the runs triggered by the same PR. This is helpful when we’re rolling out the same change to multiple stacks, and we want to know which stack contains different/unexpected changes in its plan.
