Clear worker pool queue to prioritize a run

There should be an easy way to clear the worker pool queue so as to prioritize a critical run to fix a broken environment or to release a hotfix.

Workaround
Cancel all the pending runs manually and trigger the critical run
Problem
Releasing critical feature or hotfix
