We’d like a way to display a banner in Spacelift, so our admins can give notifications to users.

We’d like a way to display a banner in Spacelift, so our admins can give notifications to users. For example, so they could post a message like “The cluster will be unavailable for 10 minutes on Wednesday at 1pm while the cluster is upgraded“ or "For questions about terraform or Spacelift, post in #help-<channel> or page <rotation> for urgent issues"
