Disable keyboard shortcuts

As a user I would like the ability to disable keyboard shortcuts.

Workaround
Try not to type on the keyboard while looking at the Spacelift UI, even for the default browser shortcuts.
Problem
I believe the shortcut for discarding a run is `alt+d` which is the shortcut in browsers to get to the address bar. Ive looked in the docs and in the app and cannot find a list of the available shortcuts so this is a hunch that `alt+d` is the one discarding runs.
