Feature toggle that allows PR view to be renamed to MR

Github comes with PRs while Gitlab comes with MRs. There’s always some naming confusion because of this. I wonder if it’d be possible in organization settings that allows you to change the PR button to the MR button.

    Makes sense.

    I think we don’t need an org toggle because each stack knows which VCS it uses. I think it’s only GitLab that uses “MR”? Either way, sending it over to the dev team, should be a super quick win.
