Filter errored stack with error message content

Problem

We have 100+ stack, some time a change in a common module will fail on few specific stacks in a similar way (eg: AWS quota reach). Those kind of error as easy to solve, hard to find as many people are working on different stacks at the same time, leading to easily have 10th of stack failing for multiple reasons. Being able to filter error stack by error message then make location the errored stack easily, and help solving errored stack more quicly
