Filter Tracked Runs view

With thousands of irrelevant runs, it’s very difficult to find the relevant ones. In my case, “irrelevant” means the 99.9% of runs that are skipped/canceled/discarded, because I often need to go through and manually discard a bunch of runs corresponding to irrelevant merge commits, and even just finding the pending/ready runs to discard is a ton of work.
