Further Rbac permission

Looking to see if ther can be more management permission make for create update delete for spaces and blueprint so that i can create silo custom role to limit the capabilities of specific stacks where there only duty is those functions

    Thanks for raising this! The full list of scopes was missing from the docs so I asked the team to put it there and keep it in sync - you can see space scopes already present.

    Re: blueprints, we will soon be releasing an updated version of this functionality called templates, and we will invest in RBAC scopes for these. Please stay tuned for the big announcement.
