[Gitlab integration] external pipeline job names can get too long to fit

When the stack ids in Spacelift are relatively long, the names of external pipeline jobs in Gitlab-CI view can often be truncated.

We’d like to have the visible names of those jobs (Stack Runs on the side of Spacelift) templateable, so that we can make them fit in Gitlab-CI view.
