Hide/change functionality of request role change button

Hey!

We recently had someone click the request role change button on the spaces pages which sent us a notification in spacelift but we use IDP group mappings for managing access and have a separate process around that. Can we possibly have a way to hide this button? Or possibly have it trigger a message we provide so we can point them to the correct solution?
