Implement "Clone Stack" in the Spacelift UI

Currently our workflow consists on multiple stacks which are essentially the same but with a few different tweaks.

It would be a great time saver if there was a "Clone stack" option from an existing one, in which the configuration of the base stack is taken and "copied" to a new one, allowing you to review/edit this configuration before creating it.

    Wouldn’t you normally prefer to create these stacks programmatically using our Terraform provider? What’s your main use case for creating stacks manually at scale? Do you do it often enough to warrant such a creature comfort?
