Implement "Clone Stack" in the Spacelift UI

Currently our workflow consists on multiple stacks which are essentially the same but with a few different tweaks.

It would be a great time saver if there was a "Clone stack" option from an existing one, in which the configuration of the base stack is taken and "copied" to a new one, allowing you to review/edit this configuration before creating it.
