"Logs too long" message in stack runs should not be scrolled past

Right now, if run logs are too long then spacelift displays a message of “[The log is too large to display in your browser, please download the file for further details. To do so, click on the downward arrow icon, located on the top right of the logs screen.]” however that message is at the top of the logs, and is scrolled past immediately. So it’s unclear why i cant use ctrl/cmd + f to find items in the logs.

Instead it would be nice if this was a sticky message so it’s clear
