Make sampled policy events searchable
it’d be super useful to be able to search sampled policies by by identifiers such as the git SHA or pull request #. It’s often impossible to find the sampled policy payload I’m looking for when trying to debug the behavior we observe on someone’s PR

For login policies it would be useful to search by the login name, and maybe the teams the user is a member of.
