Manually Creating Query Parameters for Filtering Specific Criteria

Client requested the ability to manually create query parameters for filtering stacks based on specific criteria, which would allow them to have more control over how they sort and view their data within Spacelift. Currently, they are looking for a way to construct URL parameters that would enable them to filter stacks in a more customizable way, especially for use cases such as embedding queries into dashboards or automating filtering workflows.
