MCP tool for searching for runs

It looks like the current tools in the MCP server only allow either getting a specific run using a stack id and run id, or listing the runs in a stack.

For some use cases it would be more efficient to have a tool that allows searching or filtering the runs. In particular so that an agent can find the proposed runs for a pull request based on the commit id

Workaround
Getting the run id from some other source. Listing all of the proposed runs and having the agent do the search itself (inefficient in terms of both time and token usage).
Problem
A want to be able to give an AI agent a commit id, and have it look at the proposed runs for that commit, and analyze it for any issues, and potential fix any problems.
