    Hi Sam,Thanks for this suggestion!

You're right that our Microsoft Teams integration currently only supports notifications about runs that need approval - it doesn't yet allow you to approve them directly from Teams like our Slack integration does. This is definitely something that would make the Teams integration more powerful.

To help us understand your use case better:

    • How many people typically need to approve runs in your workflow?
    • How frequently do you have runs waiting for manual approval?
    • Are there specific types of changes that require this approval process?
    • Would having a direct link in the Teams notification that takes you to the approval page in Spacelift help as an interim solution?

I can see how this would reduce context switching and speed up your approval workflows. While I can't promise a timeline, understanding your specific needs helps us evaluate enhancements like this against other priorities.

In the meantime, the workaround you mentioned (providing the URL to the pending stack) is probably the best approach. You might also consider using approval policies to automate some approvals based on the type of changes being made.

Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback - it really helps us understand how teams are using Spacelift in practice!
