Hi, closing this one out for now. It's been open about a year without further interest from other users.
We don't currently surface which specific source code integration failed or the raw webhook payload/response, and it's not planned in the near term. We'll keep this on file, and if we see this come up more (including through support), it's a good candidate to revisit. Better failure visibility for VCS integrations is a reasonable ask. Thanks for flagging it.
