Option to disable showing outputs as change / delta

In the Stacks view, the Delta column shows any changes that are pending. Given outputs are not material changes on resources, it would be ideal to either distinguish changes to outputs from resource changes OR a feature to completely opt-out of treating output changes like regular changes.
