Option to rebase on main before running track/preview runs

We request an option to be able to rebase feature branch on main before running track/preview runs to prevent logical conflicts after apply.

Workaround
We can use git checkout option but we prefer not using hooks
Problem
Two PRs are opened at the same time (PR1, PR2), PR1 is merged. PR2 can revert changes of PR1
