Parse environment variables on paste

There are two input fields for adding an environment variable to a Stack, one for the key, one for the value.

When pasting a string with a KV pair into the Key field, the pasted content should be parsed and the value should be separated into the value field.

Interacting with one field is simpler than interacting with two fields, especially when adding multiple KV pairs.
