Private Worker Documentation Enhancement for AWS EC2-based Workers

While documentation clearly states that EC2 instances must be able to reach S3 and public Internet destinations, I believe that the documentation should be more explicit about the need for a NAT Gateway or Egress-Only Gateway. By the way, kudos for making spacelift endpoints reachable by IPv6.
