Propagating Terraform plan resources to the Github PR page

Now, when someone submitted a PR on Github repo, Spacelift can detect and plan it automatically. However, on Github PR page, we can only see the simplified planning result, with the list of resources to be change/create/destroy.

And if the plan is failed, basically nothing will be shown, unless we enter the stack page directly. But sometimes the user who submitted the PR is not necessary to have access to the stack. It will increase overhead to the stack manager, who need to go to the stack and cap screen for the PR requesters. (We encounter this almost everyday!)

The best way is to propagate the entire planning output to the Github, no matter the planning is success or fail.
