Provide the ability to impersonate another use in the webGUI

We are testing our RBAC policy to see what more restrictive users will see within the GUI. We CAN see they get Space Read/Write/Admin to Spaces by reviewing the OPA Simulation panel, but we CANNOT see what they get visually in the GUI - thinking about Stacks and other areas of the GUI. Currently, I masquerade as another user by having another team member remove me from the Spacelift Administrators group and placing me into a restrictive group. That works, but when I return to the Administrators group I have to flush cache/cookies and restart my browser.
