Public Status in Spacelift UI

Spacelift has a public status page: https://spacelift.statuspage.io/

But it would be nice to have a notification or banner in the spacelift UI when a major incident is active so it’s more discoverable.

Some of our engineers were complaining they weren’t aware an incident was ongoing during a recent incident: https://spacelift.statuspage.io/incidents/6v1pywvw05j5
