Rename unpublished blueprints

It should be possible to rename unpublished blueprints. Since the name creates the slug, it would be fine to implement this by copying the unpublished blueprint to a new name and deleting the original

Workaround
Manually perform the above steps
Problem
When building a new blueprint, Spacelift requires users to know the name upfront
