Resource Detailed View should have link to related Stack view

On the Account Resources page, a user can filter and view individual provisioned resources across all Stacks. When an item is clicked, a Detailed View appears specific to that Resource.

This view should have a quick link to the Stack that has provisioned this resource.

    @Justin Edwards we are currently working on redesigning the whole resource view, and that change will be a part of that :)
