Runs page - Add links

The new aggregated checks feature for Github does not show all runs, only 3. There is a link at the bottom for the rest that goes to the Spacelift “Account Runs” page. It shows a list with the names of all stacks but none of them are links. I’d expect to be able to see the plans that would be run by clicking a link from this page.
