Runs page - Add links

The new aggregated checks feature for Github does not show all runs, only 3. There is a link at the bottom for the rest that goes to the Spacelift “Account Runs” page. It shows a list with the names of all stacks but none of them are links. I’d expect to be able to see the plans that would be run by clicking a link from this page.

    Yes, when we had individual checks, we could get to it right from the PR so the faster we can find that run information (and without having to memorize where it lives in the Spacelift UI), then the better.

    @Davina Fournier thanks for the request! So what you are describing is possible but with three clicks (see the loom recording). Would that work, or would you like to get there straight away with 1-click? :)
